I commented that it seemed it didn't take a lot of corporate gray matter to determine a proper remedy to satisfy the cover issue. So, (over and above their excuses of maybe it's supply issues or maybe it's a production problem, etc.) IT SEEMS THAT AS REMEDIAL AS THIS SHOULD BE, MY ONLY CONCLUSION IS THAT THEY DON'T PROVIDE PILLOW COVERS SO THAT THEY CAN SELL MORE PILLOWS, CUSHIONS, ETC. They replied that they have covers for the pillows but are held in reserve for warranty issues. ![]() ![]() I commented that they have to be aware that the covers will get stained, torn or simply grimy with the pillow foam/cushion part remaining in good order. It doesn't do any good to have short queues when you can't provide good customer satisfaction. I found out they don't sell pillow covers separately. I called Purple and they answered the phones right away, which I like.
